Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: €12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Included

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over €50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Shipping Destinations

We ship globally with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, you’ll be notified if we cannot ship to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

At Yourturn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged
  • You must include the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for intimate apparel unless the items are defective or not as ordered.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return

  2. Approval
    Our team will review your request and send you an approval email with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item
    Once approved, ship the item to the address provided in our approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Return Confirmation
    We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  5. Refund
    Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of return confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used for purchase. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process and indicate in your request that you prefer an exchange rather than a refund. Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship your new item at no additional shipping cost (only to destinations covered by our standard service).
